Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus ? le petit-déjeuner sur une terrasse au cinquième. La vue est grandiose. Les chambres ne sont pas d'une esthétique inoubliable mais propres et suffisamment confortables.

user a HotelPlazaCuba.com user, mexico - date posted: January 12, 2010 The first time I went to Cuba was December 8 to 12, my main reason for going was to see some of the achievements of the Cuban revolution in 50 years in Havana. The impression I got was very enigmatic. A beautiful city with noticeable deterioration. The people are really nice and beautiful. The Hotel Plaza is the ideal place to stay, especially for those interested in Havana Vieja, everything is very close. I recommended this hotel if you are not too fussy. The staff is very attentive, the hotel is very clean as are the rooms. The best thing about it is its location and lobby. I would love to come back to walk the streets again and see the people, a real sociological experience.

Location wise, it's very convenient to other amenities (interesting spots, bars, shops). The breakfast and service were good. Room smelled a bit but still OK. Recommend.

user a HotelPlazaCuba.com user, - date posted: April 15, 2009 You can't ask for a better deal! Excellent location, great price (specially if compared with NH across the street). Friendly staff always ready to help, good size rooms, security. Not the newest hotel in town. But certanly one of the most charming. I've paid 10 times more for similar hotels in places like Rome and Madrid. Is not perfect, but the price more than makes up for any shortcomings. I will stay there again next time I visit.

Plaza Hotel Reviews: "Surprise"

user a HotelPlazaCuba.com user, netherlands - date posted: August 11, 2008 Arriving in the pouring rain after a beautiful but very basic trip in Cuba, the Plaza Hotel was a great surprise. Beautifully restored, on a very central location, with helpfull friendly staff (typical Cuba by the way, gente muy agradable). I could not have a better reception in Havanna. And to complete the stay there was an excellent breakfast buffet with great coffee and the possibility to sit outside. It is also a good hotel for your last day before a late flight. Even when you check out early you are welcome to sit in the beautiful lobby and use the bathrooms after a stroll through Havanna during the day. Thanks a lot.

user a HotelPlazaCuba.com user, canada - date posted: December 17, 2007 Hotel staff is pleasant.I enjoyed (and used) the bathroom more than the room (#414)where I only slept. Hot sun requires covering windows - the room light allowed no reading. I just hated that one step down from the bathroom to the room. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. I often ate at the lobby restaurant open 24/7. Great tuna sandwiches, pleasant atmosphere, pleasant and efficient waiters. Also, very quick and competitive money exchange at the reception desk. Well, I am planning my return in couple of months, and guess where I am going to stay...
